I reached out to a lot of loan officers. Rob Snyder was upfront on what his fees were and advised me what to look for and ask for when deciding who to get a mortgage through. Rob broke down the whole process and was always available for all my questions. There were alot of them... Rob would put together TCA's for any house I liked, to give me a pretty close estimate of the mortgage payment I was looking at. Even after we got our mortgage, Rob immediately responded when I had a mortgage question. 10 out of 10 would recommend Rob!
