The seller was adamant the sales price be exact. He did not want to make any money from his friend, nor did he want to come out-of-pocket for closing costs. Frustrated by trying to find the perfect sales price they approached Renee. She was able to alleviate all their concerns by explaining the flow of funds at closing. It is used when someone is doing something for the first time. So, to celebrate closing she brought her borrower a case of his favorite beer.
