Felt that the decisions being made were with our benefit As buyers in mind. Time was taken to thoroughly explain things when questions arose. It Was wonderful to have constant, direct contact. We were able to reach Kimberly at irregular hours and get quick responses. Even though Kimberly went on a brief vacation, she still found time to respond To inquiries and act quickly as markets shifted. Kimberly was also patient in dealing with us while we took our own vacation and were perhaps less responsive at times. Overall very happy with how everything started, progressed, and ended!
